Job Role:

Virtual Customer Service Associate (International Voice Process)

Location:

Work From Home
Hiring Office: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Eligible Areas: Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan
Pune candidates may be considered for Work From Office

Job Responsibility:

Act as the first point of contact for Amazon customers through phone, chat, and email

Handle international voice support for customer queries related to orders, products, payments, and website navigation

Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a positive support experience

Use internal tools to research solutions and provide accurate information

Maintain high-quality communication standards and customer satisfaction

Work in rotating shifts including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Follow Amazon’s policies and data security guidelines

Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer support

Qualification:

Minimum age 18 years

Graduation not required

Right to work in India

Experience with computers and basic applications

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

Customer service orientation

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Adaptability and willingness to work in rotating shifts

Attention to detail and professional attitude
